    SweatShed-Ripped

This class was really amazing. The beginning was a bit confusing and could use some work. However, once the exercises were explained and I was able to see them, everything came together. The space was clean, modifications were available for every exercise, and there was enough equipment and weight options for everyone.

    SweatShed: Iron Assets

I’m a trainer, and I found this class a really good check up for anyone on kettlebell form. Was worried it could be too introductory - and it was def not. Challenging in a good way - def more strength than cardio.

Intro to Pole *FIRST TIME STUDENTS AND UP*

This was my first class! learned way more than I expected to and had so much fun. Lolo was super friendly, made us get out of our comfort zone and was super clear with instructions. Can’t wait to go back.

    POLE TECHNIQUE (Tricks & Climbs)

Foxy just opened a new studio room, with 5 poles! The poles are all 45 mm, I believe, which are smaller in diameter than the poles in the other rooms. I am really impressed and I think it will be much easier to get into classes here because they can accommodate more girls now. Also I love schwanda - she is one of the best instructors here

    Diesel

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

Chelsea was friendly and taught us cool hoop moves appropriate for beginners. Got a great arm workout. Her own fitness due solely to hooping was an inspiration and piqued my interest for more! Highly recommended!

    Intro to Pole

Loved this class! The beginning warm up was basically a yoga/Pilates session, then we learned a few basic pole moves. I felt quite awkward at the start, but Patricia was really helpful in making you feel more confident on the pole. There are only 5 poles in the room, but luckily we didn’t really have to share. Would recommend! I’m excited to go back.
