Intro to Sensual Pole: Move with Intention

This is a new space and this class was so fun! This particular class uses silicon covers on the pole so it’s great to work on strengthening and technique vs trying to keep grip. Super fun!

    Pole I - Beginning Pole

Vanessa is the BEST!!! My favorite instructor I’ve had at CandyCane, she has great music and makes sure to check in with every student so they all are able to do each move. She’s so hype I wish she had more classes throughout the week!

Strong Enough - Intro to Pole

This was my first ever pole class and it was a fun taste! I appreciated Lolo walking around and helping us with the moves, and it felt super beginner friendly as someone to whom body coordination doesn’t come naturally.

    POLE TECHNIQUE (Tricks & Climbs)

Loved the small class and personalized instruction! I’ve been to body and pole and I feel like because this place keeps the class small 1) you get your own pole the whole time, 2) the class size is smaller so there’s room for individual attention and corrections from the instructor, 3) you get to dance and practice the entire class in the pole - which is exhausting abut I saw progress because of this. I’ll be back!

Great teacher. Checked in with everyone to see where we were with pole & what would support us. We did some serious strength work and a sensual hippy flow - beat of both!

    Intro to Pole

I’ve taken about 11 classes or open pole practices here over the last 3 months, and really enjoyed Ro’s style and curriculum for this class. The warm up tied into the floorwork we later practiced, their cues during practice were so helpful and intuitive. Due to the small class size I got plenty of time and repetition on the moves we learned, and I really appreciated Ro incorporating conditioning moves as well. All around a solid class and killer workout.
