see all reviewsNatalya is amazing 🌞My first time with her at Daya. It was a smaller class, so we had more room to flow. She offers alternative positions for beginners. I liked her use of sound bowls to end the class's energy.

see all reviewsLove the length of the class , it was about 90 minutes but it flew by! Purnima was so welcoming even though I was 2 minutes late. She was patient, knowledgeable and offered variations for poses. I was worried about the level but she accommodated students from beginner to advanced. I appreciate all the adjustments and light massage with aromatherapy that she gave during savasana 🙏🏼!

see all reviewsI just took a class with Austin and I’m still floating in bliss. His teaching is deeply rooted in the Jivamukti lineage, and he offered one of the most beautifully balanced classes I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we stepped onto the mat, Austin skillfully wove together yoga philosophy, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and asana with such intention and depth. Each element felt purposeful and authentic, this is true traditional yoga. The sequencing was intelligent and energizing, yet grounding. The spiritual teachings he shared resonated on a soul level and brought a layer of richness that’s often missing in modern classes. I left feeling physically aligned, mentally clear, and spiritually uplifted. This wasn’t just a yoga class, it was a transformative experience. Austin is the real deal, and I am 100% coming back. If you’re seeking yoga that honors its roots and offers a complete, holistic practice, do not miss his class.

see all reviewsDon’t let the class name fool you—this “basics” class is no walk in the park! It focuses on proper form of common yoga poses but still challenges your strength and flexibility. Due to the smaller class size, Petr is able to take into account each person’s fitness level and provide A LOT of hands-on adjustments to make sure you are doing each pose correctly - which is super rare for a group class. Petr has a playful personality and tries to keep the class challenging but entertaining. After going to this class for a few month, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my posture and alignment!

see all reviewsI’ve been going to brii’s class for a year now and they’re a staple in my yoga routine! definitely a more challenging class but it has helped me improve drastically as a yogi. She has a keen way of sensing when you are able to give a little more and pushes you to be your best. Always fun dance like sequences, and new variations/poses incorporated every week. I recommend this class to everyone who wants to grow in their practice!
