    YS Sunrise Flow

Always in love with this space! Visiting in the morning especially, it’s beautiful and warming to feel and watch the light fill the room as the sun continues to rise. Vic is an incredible instructor! She creates such a safe space with gentle language, offering more support and more challenge throughout the flow. I always leave feeling loose, warm, invigorated, and calm. Thank you <333

    Vinyasa

Anna’s Vinyasa / Hatha fusion class, is possibly one of the most thoroughly enjoyable expressions of yoga I’ve had in ages. Challenging for advanced practitioners but accessible to beginners, as well, it truly was a feat. Perfect flow of sequencing that made sense and built up to a challenging finish. Great music and instruction. Thanks, Anna!

    Salt Cave Kundalini

Amrit is very knowledgeable in kundalini yoga and their class is very meditative/relaxing! I also really enjoyed spending time in the salt cave. This isn’t a class where you’ll get your heart rate up or break a sweat, good for relaxation

Breathwork , Reiki & Yogic Stretching with Strength - for overall wellbeing

A rare gem to find on classpass —this class is more a combination of yoga stretch, sound meditation, breath therapy and counseling — the instructor is generous with his time and explains the process of the flow. Offers a holistic, non preachy/non crunchy clinical approach that is exceptionally effective

    IN STUDIO - Kundalini

I left this class clear headed honestly. Sitting postures, breath work, and some focused hand positions/ movements. Felt nice to focus, and be present. Afterwards, I felt like I had shed a layer of stress. The instructor had good energy, and very helpful in demonstrating positions and how we should be breathing. The Solid Gold Yogi space is always welcoming, clean, and has great classes.

    Power Hour

Excellent class! Challenging but doable. Lots of twists and holds but we always balanced things out. Did lots of stuff that I haven’t done often or ever, like reverse table, a short breathing exercise through our noses, and hugging ourselves in multiple poses. Great instructor and the studio is always cute and cozy.

    JM VINYASA

Holistic, thoughtful, sensible and challenging. I feel honored to have participated in this practice. This hour just taught me that even after two decades of Yoga, one may still find new paths of which they are humbly a beginner. I was pushed past what I thought was my limit and inspired to go deeper into my practice

Yin + Yang + optional cupping

I love this class. The first half is pretty strength based and the second half is all deep stretching and I leave feeling fantastic. Kaleb also has great energy—he’s very positive and extremely helpful with helping you really recognize poses to your fullest ability. The cupping at the end is a great bonus, too! Awesome way to unwind after a long week.
