Felt like a very safe space with thorough instruction despite the large class size, which made it really fun.

see all reviewsThe body isolation teacher here is incredible! Pure passion and high energy throughout the entire class. The instruction is top-notch and easy to follow. My only tiny suggestion would be to give the studio mirrors/windows a quick wipe—it’s a bit dusty, but the dancing itself is 10/10!

see all reviewsThe class was so fun! Music choice was great and the instructor was fun, energetic, welcoming & gave out affirmations- which is very motivating 🙌. The studio is nice, they have coat rack & lockers (bring lock if you care to lock it up) for your belongings. The women restroom have sanitary pads & tampons, which is so helpful. The owner of studio checked me in, she was friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsI've tried a few other studios' intro classes and didn't feel like we even spent much time on the pole or like I was actually taught fundamentals. This is the intro class I've been looking for! Ximena is an exceptional teacher. Conditioning directly relates to pole, and we spent much more time on the pole than any other intro class I've taken. The class is mixed level, and she meets each student where they're at. Highly recommend Ximena and Pole SuperWoman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

see all reviewsOur instructor for this class was Anya- she was amazing! She made the class easy to follow and welcoming. However, the way the studio operates does seem a bit disorganized. There was no staff present at the studio to open the doors and the instructor and I both arrived early. The audio equipment was not connected which left us to troubleshoot it for a good 15 minutes so our actual lesson didn’t start until 6:20. After Salsa, the instructor invited me and my friend to stay for bachata even after I explained we were not enrolled in that class but she said we can join anyways if we want, so we did. Two other people were present for the bachata class as well. At the end of class, a man named Michael came in and apologized for the lack of staff and check in. The two other people in the class explained that only one of them signed up and Michael said it was fine because your first class is free. When my friend and I checked off our attendance for Salsa (my friends first time at the studio) he asked why we weren’t signed up for Bachata. We explained the teacher was aware and invited us to join anyways. Michael then said that was “awkward” and that classes are $40. But “I guess it’s fine if she invited you but that’s a bit awkward”. We didn’t feel awkward at all we had fun and felt welcome until he met us with that energy. All of that to say even if you troubleshoot this dance studio’s audio system and get your class cut short they’re still gonna press you for $40 after someone invited you to stay lmao

see all reviewsThe instructors were very helpful, patient, and thorough, and made the class very fun! You spend the whole class dancing with every class member in a rotational method, so it gives a lot of real social dancing experience. I will say, the Beginner from Scratch class is NOT a basic beginner class, and you will need some dance experience to comfortably experience the class.
