It kinda felt like a home workout like other reviews said but honestly pretty hard in a good way. I was skeptical at first but it ended up being a pretty challenging workout. HIIT 60 with weights (Hot Interval Training)

Extremely great energy from this instructor! I’d love for Eric to teach every workout class I take ever!! As a heads up, this is a true HIIT in a sauna class. This is not your typical Hot Yoga Sculpt which tends to incorporate Yoga flow, it’s truly HIIT as described. With that being said, I felt I’d rather be able to do these motions with heavy weights which is unrealistic in the heat. It’s a cool concept and the best energy studio though!!
