Sui Soul Flow
see all reviewsBeautiful flow and divinely restorative vibe throughout entirety of class, Luna’s mellifluous tone eased class through some of the more challenging poses which in turn became more accessible with improved focus. Sui is easily a best in class contender based on its overall excellent and varied yoga series, beautiful and immaculately maintained facilities, and a variety of highly capable and attuned instructors. see all reviewsMy first time at this studio and it’s literally perfect. Beautiful, tranquil, and clean, I loved the modern design. This was a relaxing class and was a lot of movement. It was exactly what I needed after along day of the streets of NYC. Madeline was great, very well spoken yet gentle. She gave enough direction but muy too much. The sounds of the humming were so serene. I look forward to returning soon.

see all reviewsI really liked the class itself and thought Andromeda did a great job especially at guiding us through the breathwork of each pose, which is something I don’t always know about as a beginner. She also made sure to correct us about the little details of poses, such as feet, hands, etc. The one thing I didn’t like was that basically as soon as the class was over people for the next class immediately came in, which really made me feel rushed to get my mat and things up. This is just a small nitpick though, others may not be bothered by it

She recommends variations to accommodate people of varying strength and agility and shape. She makes yoga so fun. My mood is always improved for having taken her sublime class. Endlessly grateful for this studio!

Did I ask myself multiples time during this class, “Why didn’t you just sleep in on this beautiful Sunday?” Yes. Yes I did. But, when class was over, I deliriously was excited to come back here next Sunday. It’s not classical mat Pilates and is very HIIT/tabata focused, which I loved. Bring a water bottle, towel, and mat. They are available in studio to rent: $3 for towel, $5 for mat. Be sure to arrive early since they lock the front door for safety when class begins so no late arrivals. Come ready to sweat!

see all reviewsThis was my first sound meditation and it was so different and refreshing. I felt like my brain took a shower. The sound and climax of the sound transitions were very intense and provocative. Milagros had such a welcoming atmosphere and explained the different stages of the class. I would recommend to bring and open mind and be very intentional of how you would like to take from this class. The place was super clean organized and had your own locker, blankets and eye mask. The only thing is that is facing towards the street so the sound of the cards or regular noises can still sneak in into the class. I would love to try it again. I felt very grounded after this class.

A valuable conditioning regimen, improves flexibility, mind/body coordination, balance and more.
