see all reviewsEvery once in a while I like a class that deviates from a strictly traditional flow, all the while still incorporating the basic fundamentals, classic alignment, and attention to form all the while feeling new and just challenging enough without going over the top to feel like a ridiculous departure from a true yoga practice. This was that. Thanks Reed!

see all reviewsVictor teaches a great yoga class. I try to organize my schedule so that I can make it every week. His classes are challenging and physically demanding but led with kindness and purpose and light humor. There is no air of militant exercise energy or rushed movements forsaking form. It’s pure yoga. He plays modern, vibey music, but it never distracts from the class. He’s big on form and flow and leads with great instruction. It’s a great workout every single time. Big fan.

see all reviewsI surprisingly really liked it! Because of the heat and the self-led parts of the class that I read about in the description, I was expecting something like y7 (which I really don’t like). But the Align class was still pretty instructor-led and Maeve was easy to hear over the music. TBD if I’d come back for a Flow, but I’ll definitely be back for this one.
