This is such a wonderful hour!! It's so well rounded, challenging & supportive. I always laugh. Sometimes I almost cry (a good thing). I can feel the care and intention that is put into this class every time I've attended. My practice deepens each time I'm here, and I'm really grateful for it. I'll add that this class was suuuper tough for me when I was just beginning a few months ago, because it can be very quickly paced at times with sometimes no visual demonstration of the asanas. <3 !

    hot pilates

A deeply engaging blend of naturally abundant coaching talent, skillful instruction, good tunes, clear queues (at a difficult to deliver volume—audible and encouraging, though not ever shouting or muffled under the beat of tracks). Casey’s class vibe was disciplined yet fun and personable in an authentic way. She framed PRs well conceived sequences in a challenging though largely accessible program, made me feel inspired to push limits—yet not to the point of a sorta overtrained spiral (as I may at times tend toward in demanding hot pilates or sculpt run throughs). That said, the humidity levels felt rather oppressive at times and though appreciate a good burn, generally prefer up to low 90 ish degrees w more moderate humidity and some increased air circulation moments. Phew!! Am not a legit hot hot hot yoga type, haha. At the end of the day, have in recent years taken dozens of hot yoga pilates and sculpt class at several different nyc studios—including a good few of legit favs at PR, yet can unequivocally say this was my absolute best in class—felt so balanced though just as rigorous as any other and granted had to take breaks and didn’t get through all sequences but yea, she slams to the Gods!

This class was everything. Candlelit Power Vinyasa with Geraldine is the perfect balance of strength, soul, and flow. From the moment you step into the cozy, candle-lit studio, the energy is just magnetic. Geraldine brings such a beautiful presence—warm, playful, and grounded in wisdom. The sequence was innovative and fun, pushing me in the best way while keeping things fluid and accessible. I loved how thoughtfully each movement built on the next—nothing felt random or rushed. Her guidance throughout was crystal clear, encouraging, and sprinkled with just the right amount of challenge and inspiration. And let’s talk about that playlist—🔥🔥🔥. It carried the flow like a heartbeat, lifting the room and syncing perfectly with every transition. It honestly made the class feel like a moving meditation and a dance party for the soul. Meditative Yin Yoga

Took the yin class with Kai. Entered the class anxious and left feeling free and fulfilled. Kai brings such a positive and upbeat energy and guides you through his self reflective questions and if you allow it to sink in, it helps you dig into your pose and your headspace. Thanks to a judgement free safe space Kai creates I could feel my cynical mind lift and laugh at his jokes and easing off my tension through the poses and mind. The space is a bit small but there is a glass ceiling on top and it’s beautiful to stare at the sky. The music was a bit jarring sometimes but Kai did mention that something happend for this class. It was my first class back in a while and the pace was absolutely perfect for someone who has a background in dance/beginner yoga. The teacher played happy uptempo music which was such a lovely switch up- but it wasn’t distracting from the practice. It was warm, but I didn’t feel like I was suffocating- overall 20/10 could not recommend enough for something to get you moving and refreshed, but not exhausted.

Miriam is friendly, humble, helpful and nurturing, it’s nice to feel a warm presence from a Yoga instructor - surprisingly not that many in NYC! The class starts off with a little bit of talking and breathwork to help ground ourselves about 20ish minutes and then the rest of the class was Asanas (Yoga postures). The plants and natural lighting from the windows is so nice! Some nature in concrete jungle is much needed and appreciated 🙏🏼 Thank you Jivamukti & Miriam!
