Every once in a while I like a class that deviates from a strictly traditional flow, all the while still incorporating the basic fundamentals, classic alignment, and attention to form all the while feeling new and just challenging enough without going over the top to feel like a ridiculous departure from a true yoga practice. This was that. Thanks Reed!

Victor teaches a great yoga class. I try to organize my schedule so that I can make it every week. His classes are challenging and physically demanding but led with kindness and purpose and light humor. There is no air of militant exercise energy or rushed movements forsaking form. It’s pure yoga. He plays modern, vibey music, but it never distracts from the class. He’s big on form and flow and leads with great instruction. It’s a great workout every single time. Big fan.
