see all reviewsThe location of the studio was confusing. There were 2 addresses on classpass but neither of it was the meeting place. Luckily I messaged the owner, Anderson, earlier to inquire about it. He was responsive and shared the new address (96-22 Queens Blvd). The outside of the studio was questionable but it was fine once you go inside. The class itself was fun and great for any level. Anderson was encouraging and able to provide differentiate instructions.

see all reviewsI love this class. The first half is pretty strength based and the second half is all deep stretching and I leave feeling fantastic. Kaleb also has great energy—he’s very positive and extremely helpful with helping you really recognize poses to your fullest ability. The cupping at the end is a great bonus, too! Awesome way to unwind after a long week.
