They start the class with a very intentional 3-minute dynamic workout designed to prep exactly the muscles you’ll use later in the workout, then pause briefly for a thorough explainer of every circuit. The strength exercises are strategically designed for anyone, beginner or bodybuilder, so you can add weight, incline further, or progressively overload. It’s such a friendly environment (dogs welcome at both locations!!) and the focus on weight lifting is chef’s kiss.

Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. We would bike anywhere from 40 seconds-3 min, and then go to the floor doing 4 workouts, 40 seconds each, 4 times through.     First time taking the training day class and it was so hard but so good! I thought I was in decent shape until I took this class and realized I’m basically a potato. Lots of good pushes and instructions from the teacher and friendly regulars made this a good class to jump into as a newbie to this gym. I’m just getting back into HIIT so I’ll make this a regular spot going forward but if completely new to working out this class is brutal so come prepared knowing it’s going to be hard but worth it in the end. Great music also, very motivating!
