I feel like that's needed because sometimes one need to just learn how to let go of all the tensions and making those deep noises and breathing out hard can be simply what's needed with such deep stretches and all. I love it.

I can feel the care and intention that is put into this class every time I've attended. My practice deepens each time I'm here, and I'm really grateful for it. I'll add that this class was suuuper tough for me when I was just beginning a few months ago, because it can be very quickly paced at times with sometimes no visual demonstration of the asanas. <3 !
