see all reviewsFirst time, was the only one there at 7p (in btw Xmas and NYE, hence unusual attendance), but still a great experience. Cole still held class, made me feel super comfortable and had great energy / knowledge. Workout seemed oriented on a series of sets, usually with an EMOM anchoring the middle, not quite HIIT but there’s something in each set to make sure the heart rate stays up. Class would be tough if it’s your first time EVER working out, but still very accessible if you say do some dumbbell/kettlebell strength and cycling/HIIT type classes elsewhere - but want to extend your skill set w/ say basic lifting.

He helps you with whatever you need and even get weights in the other room for you, if you don’t see the weight you want to use. 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest for 1 hour (with stretching in the beginning and explanation of each station).
