He does a great job of educating you on stretch training and correcting your form. Even though there’s a huge range of level between participates, Tanner making sure everyone is getting personalized advice and is properly challenged. Strength and conditioning focus with a lot of weight lifting and some HIIT scattered in there. Classes have the same basic structure (interval training) but no two classes are the same so it keeps it interesting and more variety for your muscles. He’s a very kind, approachable guy who wants you to perform your best and offers personal training-like guidance and attention. Definitely will be back again and again!
