Hardest yoga class of my life. I’d never done a class like this before and the reviews are right. I had to step out a couple times bc the heat and I definitely almost passed out but I’ll be back. I felt so calm and still after the class but I went in the AM and all I wanted to do was nap after lol. Will definitely be coming back for a night HOT 26 class. Hingham (Ripped) - Hip Hop Theme Ride!

Melissa is such a kind and motivating instructor! I’ve just started becoming more of a regular at spin and she makes me feel like I belong there and not intimated at all! One of the best instructors of a fitness class I’ve EVER been to!
