    First class back since Covid, and it was great! Best work out class, great instructor, music. Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

Loved that they used equipment for almost every exercise and there was a solid stretch time before and after the workout.
