Between the throwback songs I forgot I loved and the variety of the workouts themselves, the time flew by! The staff was super friendly and welcoming to newcomers and the space was really nice. I liked that the class felt accessible but still a very challenging and intensive workout. For reference I usually work out 2 times per week but fell out of the habit for the past 2 months. This was my first class back and it was difficult but so worth it!

Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Now due to lots of health complications, I need to come back to an exercise routine. I am extremely happy that I ended up taking this class. Keri is a tough teacher, but her energy and level of excitement is exactly what I needed. She has motivated me to plan to do this regularly. She is the drill Sargent I needed and I am planning to take her classes 3 times a week. I will be there tomorrow for her next class.

However Lele kept repeating her movements when we were shy and needed her to, was thoughtful when looking at the parts we tripped up on, and was ultimately a great time! Definitely gonna go again.
