see all reviewsIt was my first spinning class ever and will definitely be NOT my last. It was an intense and amazing class especially for a first timer like me. I live the atmosphere and how Yvonne was pushing us to keep on pushing! I would have given up if it were just me spinning in the gym. My fellow spinning buddies were very helpful too. I love this place and highly recommend them.

Strength and conditioning focus with a lot of weight lifting and some HIIT scattered in there. Classes have the same basic structure (interval training) but no two classes are the same so it keeps it interesting and more variety for your muscles. He’s a very kind, approachable guy who wants you to perform your best and offers personal training-like guidance and attention. Definitely will be back again and again!
