    Absolutely loved it! First time taking this class and boy was I humbled. It was a bit of a learning curve because I wasn’t familiar with the names of some of the moves but there’s enough repetition to get it quickly. The class moves fast but super fun and a good challenge. I love Lisa’s energy and her playlist is fire~

    Loved the instructor -land I appreciate all of the options she gave for so many of the poses. The room was warm but not unbearably hot which was also nice. Class did run long which was my only complaint since working out before work is already tight but I would take this instructor again!

    Heidi is an absolutely incredible instructor. She really made sure the class is a balance of pushing yourself and what your body is capable of with mindful movements that aren’t as physically intense. Cueing is clear. I appreciate the balance of reformer and other equipment for a full body workout. Heidi as a human being is such a beautiful soul that brings her passion into instructing. Would definitely sign up and take another class when she is on the schedule.

    I was thrilled to find an open spot in a Pilates class at this studio! ClassPass members usually have to wait forever, so I was super excited. The instructor was really good at guiding us through the flow, and it was a great workout. I felt really challenged and accomplished after class.

    Brenda’s class is so fun. Today, we rotated through four stations which included bikes, TRX, cables, weights and more. This set had a full body workout that included some cardio. Brenda is incredibly knowledgeable on how to modify movements, proper technique, etc. I fully recommend this class for everyone.
