She really made sure the class is a balance of pushing yourself and what your body is capable of with mindful movements that aren’t as physically intense. Cueing is clear. I appreciate the balance of reformer and other equipment for a full body workout. Heidi as a human being is such a beautiful soul that brings her passion into instructing. Would definitely sign up and take another class when she is on the schedule.
