How to prepare

Please check in at the desk (located in the back of the gym) prior to class. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and we recommend bringing a water bottle. Showers are available for use; however, there is no towel service. Please bring your own towel.

How to get there

CrossFit Southie is located at the intersection of Dorchester Ave. and D St in South Boston. We can be reached easily off of I-93 via Exit 16 or a short walk (<1/2 mile) from the Andrew and Broadway T stations. During the hours of 8AM-5PM, please only park in spots designated as "Reserved for CrossFit Southie." Street parking is always available on Dorchester Ave. and does not require a resident sticker.

The instructor was really nice and a great coach. However the bootcamp at Crossfit Southie turns out to be more of an intro to Crossfit than a challenging bootcamp class. Recommend for beginners only.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
