see all reviewsJob is amazing. He always designs a different focus point for each class. What stands up is, there are never “pause-stop-restart” or static moments during the entire flow: the connection between each posture is a truly continuous vinyasa. Regarding the challenge level, I could tell that it is more like a junior “Yoga Hot/Power” or a senior “Slow Flow”. But that is exactly what my husband and I love it the most: not to easy or too hard, a perfect combo of breathing, stretching and the room for self-challenge:)

see all reviewsLove the space! Parking was easy peasy midday on Friday. I like the options of yoga, hot pilates. and cycling. The quotes around the studio caught my eye, I really liked that. Lockers available rocked. The showers reminded me of being at a nice day spa like Burke Williams or something. EO shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in showers. Los Gatos is fancy, but I didn’t get a pretentious vibe at all, the space was welcoming! I took a Vinyasa Yoga class with Kalani and she rocked. Her cues helped me get deeper in half moon & I almost caught more air in crow! I think because I was more open and warmed up thanks to her sequence which started with a lot of stretching wasting the body into more. Cadence of the sequence was really nice. The class was not heated and she had great music. Props available strap, different types of blocks. The studio was clean. The gal up front Payton was kind and welcoming. Overall, 5 stars! Look forward to going back.

see all reviewsGreat class for slowly getting back into yoga for those who have been practicing mamas and for those who haven’t been in a while.. or brand new! You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

see all reviewsThe positive energy at this gym is contagious. I attended a 5am lift class expecting a low turnout given the time - surprise - a decent sized group of women ready to sweat early in the morning. Daizsha’s leadership was appreciated! She kept the class lively and was attentive to assist individuals with form and posture. There are more events on the horizon - hikes, yoga, and fitness classes - I was encouraged to sign up for. It’s a very welcoming environment. Perfect for a beginner or intermediate - I felt so supported and encouraged. Definitely a safe space for women to get strong and build community. I am going to be going to this gym whenever I’m in the Vacaville area. Thanks Daizsha!!

see all reviewsFirstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it
