LOVE LOVE LOVE the quiet Shavasana, without music. These days, so few instructors do that, so the peace was very much appreciated. Flow was great, too, mindful and at a great pace (not a lot of "workout" moments in this class but still flowed to breath for a portion of the class at an upbeat pace).

Great upbeat instructor who did most of the sequence with us. First time I saw an instructor correct a students pose for once also. This class is v intense and a true fitness test with cardio & weights and is more fast paced. Music choices were perfect mix of instrumental and acoustic some edm and pop like types

Loved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

Too hot and stuffy in the room. Not "heated" but doesn't feel like there is a/c either. It feels close to 80-85 degrees in the room. It's hard to go all out with the cardio and heavy weights due to the temperature. I otherwise thought the instructor was good. Workout was tough and effective.

Great workout, and really lovely instructor. The only recommendation I have is to improve cuing. For example, instead of having everyone go into plank & waiting 30 seconds till its over, use that 30 seconds to guide the class into proper form. This not only makes the time go by faster but it also ensures that people are safely doing the moves.

The class was different from other C2 classes, in a good way. It felt a bit more, spiritual perhaps? A little less power yoga and music, and a little more grounding and unique. The instructor was clearly an expert yogi - he had confidence and expertise to effectively lead the class. He did a great job of connecting us to community and with ourselves. I was sad to hear he doesn't normally teach at the Duboce location, I'd definitely take this class again on a day where I'm looking for less vinyasa and more mental grounding and new position challenges.

Marcela’s class is definitely the most fun yoga class I have found in SF. Her flows bring a dance-like quality to the class combined with the awesome new tunes and sequences she curates every week…it’s definitely tough and hot but never boring. With her tips and encouragement I have been inspired to return regularly and built strength and flexibility I’ve never had before. Marcela is warm and welcoming for first timers/returning yogis like me because she calls out four levels of each posture very clearly. The dark studio made it easier to focus and hone balance I didn’t have after lockdown. I am so grateful for Marcela and Ritual and you will be too.

I’d like to see instructors ask us to set an intention before practice. Some of us go to yoga to heal and be honest with our selves because in this world, there are such things we cannot control. C2 - CorePower Yoga 2: Candlelight

Nice, convenient location. Nicole was a great teacher, very empowering. The mood of the room was so relaxing. The pace was perfect for me. Im not brand new but still closer to a beginner. I really appreciated this class.

Rachel was amazing as always. And the new left coast studio is BEAUTIFUL. Love the cushiony floors-don’t even feel like I need a blanket for my knees and it makes me feel a little more comfortable to try different inversions. I’ll be back and def recommend you check it out!
