I also must add that I really appreciated her invitation to stay in meditation if it felt right during savanna bc it was definitely needed. 🤍✨

see all reviewsGreat class for slowly getting back into yoga for those who have been practicing mamas and for those who haven’t been in a while.. or brand new! You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

see all reviewsThe Center is such a magical, grounding space! This was my first time taking a yoga class here and my first time trying Kundalini yoga. Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!

To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

see all reviewsMy first time trying out this studio. Overall, I enjoyed the 75-minute vinyasa class. It seemed more suited for intermediate yogis, incorporating challenging poses like crow, mermaid, and an inversion. But instrctor encouraged everyone to try out or helps achieving them so beginners should not feel intimidated. The playlist featured calming music, and while the flow felt slightly slow-paced, I appreciated the focus on body alignment during each sequence and asana. I felt both major and minor muscles were adequately stretched as sweat was profusely coming out from all over the body and i felt it was a great detox. i loved the instructor stretches arms, legs, and the ankles during ending corpse pose. The instructor's gentle voice of props greatly aided in achieving proper posture. Despite being labeled as a "warm" class, it was rather hot for my taste, but the instructor intermittently introduced cooler airs from outside, preventing discomfort. The studio is situated in a quiet corporate buildings neighborhood with ample parking space, and the shower and locker room were impeccably clean and spacious. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience.

She offers solutions that other yoga teachers haven’t offered me in my many years of doing yoga with various injuries. Also, the class is challenging and great for all levels. If you’re newer to hot yoga in these poses, definitely utilize child’s pose and take breaks to drink water so you don’t get too lightheaded. If you’re more advanced, she’s going to offer more challenging poses and make sure that everybody’s getting the most out of their practice.
