see all reviewsI hadn't tried this class before and I loved it! Some reviews have likened it to barre, but I think it's more like circuit training using body weight, bands, sliders etc. It focused on core and butt/legs, which I loved. You don't need sneakers, just grip socks. Francesca was a power house!!

see all reviewsLoved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

see all reviewsJason’s classes are the best! He has such great energy and he makes working out fun. He is also great about asking if anyone has injuries and offering lots of modifications which is something most of the teachers at this studio don’t offer. And he is very respectful of everyone’s body and doesn’t do hands on adjustments like some of the other instructors who can be aggressive with them.

If you’ve ever had knee pain or back pain, this is the cycling for you. It’s hard but not overly painful on the joints. The core session was also great and tough

see all reviewsThis was my first time going to the Kettlebells class and I really liked it! The class is split into two groups and half start on bikes and half start on the floor and switch half way through, so you do 20 minutes of biking and 20 minutes of kettlebell or body weight exercises. I really enjoyed the class and I was impressed with the instructor (Rebecca) because she did a great job cueing the floor exercises at the same time as cuing the bike riders. Very tough to do and not to mention she is also 6 weeks postpartum… she is a huge inspiration to me.
