    I really enjoyed the class- lots of cardio and core work with light weights and a band. There were some fun ballet moves throughout and all beginner friendly. The only tough part was the only fan in the room was off the whole time so it got hot. Overall, a great class!

    Instructor was great. Very good workout however, this class should be considered hot cardio fusion - there was very little Pilates integrated in this class. The name Pilates seems to thrown around to drive foot traffic because of its growing popularity. I did enjoy the workout and got a great sweat however, this is not Pilates.

    SO FUN! This was just the challenge I’d been looking for. Lexi, at the front desk, was super sweet and welcoming as was Chloie, the instructor. I really appreciated that she checked in on me throughout the workout, provided mods, and even joined me when she saw my arms were starting to give out lol. Definitely plan on coming back!

    The hot pilates class I went to was the hardest class I have ever done in class pass. I learned my kneecaps sweat. You take breaks and modify as needed. it is a very welcoming space and I felt very challenged and motivated in a good way. At the end you get a cold towel that is so refreshing. She structures the classes well, starting with warm-ups, then basics, heavy bag work and finishing with some cardio exercises.
