    Megan was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable as a beginner. Although the class was very intense for me and I found it hard to keep up as someone who is rather unfit, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or alienated. She constantly made sure I was doing ok.     Marina was adorable. I saw Samantha at the front desk again, love her. This class was super challenging and my legs were gassed by the end of spin. Luckily we moved onto tabata style training and worked our legs even more 😅 It made coming to the mat to do some yoga that much sweeter. She did a great job of helping my friend who is more of a beginner and was very fun to workout with. I liked her song choices. Definitely will be coming back!

    I had an amazing experience in Colin’s rowing class at Crufit! His energy was infectious from start to finish and kept the entire room motivated and engaged. Colin is incredibly informative, he breaks down technique in a way that’s easy to understand while still pushing you to challenge yourself. You can tell he genuinely cares about proper form and helping everyone get the most out of the workout. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to take another class with him. Highly recommend Colin if you’re looking for a motivating, well-coached rowing session!

    Been wanting to try this spot for a while and I’m glad I did. It was such a great workout: HIIT style with weights with a variety of different exercises. By the time the class was over, I was sweaty - I haven’t had a workout like that in a while and I’m really glad I visited Fit Zone. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who wants to get a workout in: it’s beginner friendly and the instructor was great. I would definitely come back again. Of note: The Fit Zone space is tucked away towards the back area of a gym.

    This intro class was so fun. I really enjoyed myself. Tatyana was really energetic and friendly, really present and invested in our success. Like she would notice immediately if something seemed off or uncomfortable, and she would step in into troubleshoot. It was really fun to fly up, and lift off the ground, and I feel limber afterward. I actually worked up a sweat, and I'm not ordinarily a sweaty person. This was one of those workouts where you don't really realize that you're working out because you're just distracted by all of the fun that you're having. And Tatyana has great energy- it feels like she wants to be there and help you enjoy the class, really encouraging. Thanks!
