    SPENGA

This is an awesome class. The spin portion can really make you sweat and the weight area is super nice with really good equipment. The yoga section is just enough for me but pushes me to do something outside of my normal comfort levels. The class is fun and goes by quickly due to the format of 20 minutes of each section.

    Beginner Pilates Equipment Class

This class was so fun!! I’m so glad I went. I’ve always been curious about Pilates classes using equipment (I’ve only done mat Pilates), and I really liked it. I’ll definitely be back to this gym. It looks like they offer a ton of different group fitness classes too like yoga, spin, etc.

    Beginner Aerials: Steel (trapeze/lyra/cube)

I never did an aerial class before so I didn't know what to expect. I'm glad they offered a really true first time only beginner a type class.

    Ass & Abs (+ Treads)

My first time taking their treadmill class and I loved it! You spend roughly 18mins on treadmills, 18mins on abs and arms, and 18mins on lower-body lifts (cycling through 6min stations of each at a time). Way more fun than Orange Theory, and a fraction of the price of Barry’s. The smaller class sizes here lend themselves to more coaching too if you’re unsure about your form!

    Optimize 45

Circuit based, and a hard-as-you-want-to-make-it class. I’d say it’s more focused on strength but with cardio bursts. Erik leads great sessions — and you get something different every time. This studio is small enough to the point where he can come around and make sure you’re using correct form which I love.

    MADabolic Conditioning

Kasey was really helpful with his cueing throughout the workout and his encouragement. The music was kickass too, and I wish I knew the playlist they used. I also appreciated that they offered 4 levels of intensity for the weighted exercises, acknowledging that not everyone in a group fitness class is at the same level. Whole staff was super friendly and I'd definitely go back!

Class felt quick & worked up a sweat! Christian was really informative & ensured proper form while doing the hang cleans or other exercises. Also great that the stretching revolves around the exact muscle & exercises that we did. He takes his time to make sure everyone is at their speed & level! Almost dont want to leave a review bc this seems like a such cozy little hidden gem-gym!! Definitely will be back!
