Wouldn’t recommend if you never have been to a fitness class before or are not familiar with many exercise because the instructor doesn’t explain the movements in depth and just leaves it up to you.

It was my first time and I was walked thru how class is setup. She handed me 4lb weights and ended up using these for an exercise I typically would use 25-30lb for haha - sooo yeah, it would be nice to know what weights to grab next time
