Body Beats
Upbeat and very friendly instructor. However, instructor was not well prepared with flow of dance routines/movements. Located in a cross-fit style gym, so other fitness equipment was blocking mirrors and proper weights were not available for a dance style class.

New instructor for this class. Seemed a little unorganized and didn't focus on form with beginners as much as I would like to see. But she was very friendly.

Wow! It was super challenging and definitely left me wanting more. Manny, and the entire class, were welcoming and supportive.

Awesome workout. If you are looking to be challenged - take this class. Or any of the Boot Camp classes for that matter. Manny was a great instructor as well- he was highly encouraging and motivating all while pushing you to your limits. 3 thumbs up. Oh and it was a pretty cool facility - not your standard workout facility

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
