The coaches at SWEAT truly believe that everyone is an athlete and, with the right guidance, will achieve his or her goals. Whether you’re looking to gain strength, build power and speed, step-up endurance, or enhance mobility and balance, SWEAT's method covers each aspect of your training through careful programming and individualized attention. Each day has a specific focus (Lower Body, Upper Body, or Total Body) and every session will have you moving your entire body in all directions – training the way athletes train.

Bring athletic clothes, well supported gym shoes, a water bottle, but leave your ego at home!

How to get there

Sweat Athletics is located at 9518 Anderson Mill Road in Cedar Park, Austin. You may park anywhere in the building's lot. Please ignore the NO PARKING signs. Follow the sidewalk around the left side of the building and you'll run straight into the SWEAT doors!

You work up quite a sweat! Throughly enjoyed this class as the instructor was almost one on one with people and the workout was adapted to individual needs.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
