see all reviewsI took a chance on Chance and I have to say…he girl bossed, he gaslit, and he gate-kept me from my inner saboteur. He pushed me in ways that I didn’t know I needed. He complimented my form. He showed me things I hadn’t thought of before. He helped me ponder the true meaning of life in that gym. Shantay you stay, Chance!

see all reviewsLoved the space and the vibe. Also loved the intro where the instructor reminded us to listen to our body and not over due it on the poses. This was a yin class after all. I also liked when she came around and did some sound bath right over each of us. Very nice experience and we will definitely be back again.

see all reviewsShiloh was AMAZING. So kind, welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The ladies in this class were a wide range of ages, races, and body types which was beautiful to see. The class was beginner friendly and still challenged you. Music was also good. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to try something new

see all reviewsI absolutely love Adam’s flow classes. He is one of my favorite yoga instructors I have ever had the pleasure of practicing with. They have a good story arc with some heat in the middle and the right balance of stretch, balance, challenge and finding mental stillness. The only thing that would make it better is if it started at 5:45 pm instead of 5:30, as it’s really challenging for me to leave work early enough to get to class on time. 🙏

see all reviewsAime was the instructor, and this was a great class. I loved that it was challenging but people could make it less challenging for themselves. I also really appreciate that we didn't take very frequent or long breaks for demos because we were able to maintain some momentum and get good at each set before moving onto another. I think it would be helpful to pair the footwork with a little handwork (just to make it more intuitive and realistic). Awesome workout.

All the classes are fantastic, and so attuned to students' needs. Every teacher makes a point to ask about injuries and offers modifications.
