We have a Heating, Ventilation, Air Cooling (HVAC) system.

All equipment and high touch surfaces will be deep cleaned between each session and between use.

Each workout has a maximum capacity of members to ensure safety and effectiveness of the workout.
Equipment policies
For the safety of others and the cleanliness of the studio, towels are required during workouts.
