    Joy was friendly and helpful with adjustments and modifications. Great playlist. Lagree is always tough and this studio is one of my favorite for it because they time the length of exercises better than others. Would be back all the time if I lived closer!

    Great instructor, gave very clear cues and seemed to really be keeping an eye out for each student and offered suggestions/corrections to each person. I liked that she encouraged each person by name at different points in the class. I'll definitely be back to Nicole's class!

    Pure Sculpt - Megaformer

    Pure Pilates is actually a Lagree studio so this workout is much more challenging and sweat-inducing than traditional Pilates. It’s also not the most beginner-friendly workout. This isn’t the fault of the studio—it’s the design of the Lagree method. The mega reformers have tons of options for modifications, but if you’re a beginner or have injuries, you have to speak up and advocate for yourself in this workout. That said, Bronte was great about helping me modify for a knee issue. The classes are small at this location, and I’ve had mostly positive experiences with the teachers here.
