see all reviewsThis was my first boxing class & I loved it! At first I was a little frustrated because I couldn’t figure out how to enter. But once I met the instructor that changed as he was very friendly. I loved that he was hands on and corrected my form to make sure I was learning properly. He was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about boxing. I also loved that the class was able to take my mind off of outside stress. My only concern was learning the boxing moves for the entire hour.

see all reviewsThis class was such a great small group workout ! Lots of individualized attention as the instructor gave each student 1:1 instruction while holding boxing mitts in turns. While the instructor was working 1:1 with others, there was a bag or other workout equipment the rest of the students could cycle through or rest. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Just note it is a little hard to find, as there’s no signage outside the building and you have to use a call box to get into the building. Highly recommend - I will definitely be back!

She kept the moves fairly simple so that everyone can do it, even those who don’t have much experience with dance. She incorporated some workout moves like squats, high knees, and jumping jacks into her dance moves so it was definitely a cardio workout. I would return.

The workout itself addressed the whole body and I left feeling very accomplished. I love the class setup and how it goes from spin, to strength, to yoga. The spin was upbeat, catered to your physical abilities, and great music. The strength was well-paced and challenging. The yoga allows you to subtly get your heart rate back to resting while stretching and working on flexibility. I will definitely book another class!

I need a bit more glute and hamstring stretching and I miss how hype my old teacher was :( but this was still a really good class and I will def being returning. I just miss the first 20 mins of hype from my previous studio. Very relaxing though. Teacher is super attentive and open to modifications!
