About this class

Imagine having all of the best functional equipment right at your fingertips in a class with a maximum of 10 people. Plenty of one on one attention and a butt kicking workout all for the price of a drink downtown. Class begins with a 10 minute warm up, then you will be taken through a series of circuits that focus on strength and conditioning for all major muscle groups. The exercises are timed so that you can push yourself at your own pace. Also, different variations of exercises will be demonstrated so that you can make things easier or harder based on your fitness level. We wrap up class with a good cool down consisting of myofascial release and stretching. Every class is designed in its own unique way, so you will never repeat the same class and get plenty of variety. All stations are set up with everything you need to get the best results. Resistance bands, battle ropes, medicine balls, bosus, stability balls, step ups, kettlebells, dumbbells, and jungle gym xt's are all things you can expect to use in a session.

Burnt about 300 calories in a session so not too bad. I definitely walked away with some new strength training ideas for my own workouts. It was a little slower pace than I prefer. Love the small class size as there was only 6 of us. Nice facility with lots of different equipment!

This class was challenging, but super rewarding. I was a little intimidated taking this class because I haven’t been on top of my workouts lately, but Matthew was very helpful and supportive and gave lots of hands on attention. I’d definitely recommend this class and I will definitely be back.

Came on a shoulder day and I'm definitely feeling it the next day! They have a cool concept with the individual stations and maximum class size of 10. Lots of attention to proper form etc. Only 3 of us at the 7:15

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and clean training shoes. Towels are provided! When you enter the facility there may be a class in progress. If it is your first time just hang your coat and put your personal belongings in the cubbies located in the front and one of our coaches will be able to help you sign a waiver as soon as they have a moment. The restrooms and water are located in the back of the facility.

How to get there

We are located about a block west of the Belmont train stop. On the corner of Belmont and Seminary.

What is ClassPass?
