About this class

BarreAmped Tabata (formerly Extreme Cardio Bootcamp) is similar to our BarreAmped Bootcamp format with a little something special added…. We work the thighs, the seat, upper body and core. During the cardio portion, we shift the body right into the fat burning zone using Tabata sets. What's Tabata? A popular regimen based on a study by creator, Izumi Tabata that uses 20 seconds of cardio exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. This class is all about pushing yourself to YOUR max while maintaining proper and controlled form. Our instructors are with you every step of the way to motivate, encourage, and keep you safe! This is NOT an advanced class! All Levels Encouraged To Attend!

How to prepare

Bring a water bottle and barre grippy socks if desired. The studio sells these items if you prefer. Wear yoga tights, pants, or shorts as well as a fitted top so instructors can help see and correct your form as necessary. They provide mats, weights, and stretching straps.

How to get there

They are located in Berry Farms community off the Peytonsville/Goose Creek Exit off 65, across from Tito's and next door to Berry Farm's Chiropractic.

Suzanne did a great job of motivating everyone in the class - she really encourages you to push yourself to your limit and I loved it. She did a great (and intense) bootcamp arms portion of class too!

Ive taken other cardio barre classes, but was amazed with this one! I loved it! Brittany was a great teacher and really motivating. She also provides multiple modifications to challenge you or make the exercise a little easier which I really appreciated. Ill definitely be going back.

What is ClassPass?
