About this class

Total Body Conditioning is our high-energy bootcamp-style class. You’ll perform circuits of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and full-range-of-motion strength exercises that utilize both bodyweight resistance and heavier weights like kettlebells, medicine balls and body bars. You’ll spike your metabolism, improve your cardiovascular conditioning, and build total body, functional strength. We always guarantee HIIT and Strength Training in this format, with different routines and props each week. Additionally, we have multiple variations for how the circuits within the class are structured, so you’ll always have a new, challenging experience. Show up expecting to sweat!

The Barre Code is located above Uncle Julio's on the Milwaukee side of the building. You may valet with Uncle Julio's or park in the Sears lot if you cannot find parking.
