Wow - that was intense in a good way! Similar to Barry’s but a smaller class. I also burned 20% more calories than my usual Barry’s because we did more switches between tread and weights.

I wish it was left fast-rep bodyweight stuff, and more heavy lifting on the floor portion. That may just be personal preference though! My booty was still sore the next day.

I like the format of this class, but the instructor seemed more interested in singing along to the music than explaining it. I let them know that I was new at the beginning of class, and yet he did not explain anything, often yelling a series of numbers with no explanation, so I had to rely on my neighbors to figure it out.
