About this class

Short on time? This session delivers all of the benefits of our classic Butt and Legs class in just 45-minutes. In addition to spending an equal amount of time alternating between treadmill drills and strength training, we’ll squat, lunge, and lift to strengthen and tone our butts and legs, while our signature treadmill drills give you the cardio burst you need to shred your body.

Im not a runner or a jumper but they have modifications for those that have creaky joints. Much preferred this HIIT class from other studios Ive tried as I felt like I could listen to my body but felt motivated to push myself without injury. Sara was great too!

What is ClassPass?
