About this class
Throughout this series, you'll see the difference! You will notice from our Beginner Pilates series you are becoming in tune with your body. With this series you'll notice subtle toning of the abdomen area. Perhaps your arms or legs are getting a defined tone in areas that were lax before. You're Now on Your Way to Having Your Whole New Body! Keep up your transformation! You can roll into this class series if you have had regular yoga classes with us and have developed core strength. With no prior experience, the body is going to be a little sore due to no core strength. If you have had a period of time off from exercise, please consider starting with a beginner class. Space is limited to 15, so reserve your 10 Series today and feel great that you are getting closer to achieving your fitness goals. FYI: You will need to purchase a series package to enroll for this class offering. Pilates series will be conducted in a weekly consecutive order following your first class sign up, allowing for only 1 make up class per series. Holiday class closures, instructor cancellation, or inclement weather closings, will not affect the series number remaining.

How to prepare
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel to class. First timers, please arrive 15 minutes before class to get situated and sign a release form.
