PEAK Performance Training is located at 512 S. Conkling St in the Highlandtown/Canton of Baltimore. Paid parking is available directly in front of the studio from 8 am - 6 pm. Free parking is located in Fleet St.

I workout regularly but this was my first class of this type and found it very rigorous. Would recommend extra stretching before and after! I’ll be back but may after a few rest days.

What is ClassPass?
