    It is a lovely studio and the instructor was good. However it is a very easy class with a lot of stretching so it might not be a good fit for someone who’s done a lot of pilates and would like a workout.

    Yoga Sculpt

    Michele was a great instructor with lots of details, combos and adjustments. She had a good personality and was enthusiastic throughout class. There were a lot of transitions but I think it helped keep your muscles moving and was a nice mix. I look forward to taking this with michele again.
