Federal Hill Fitness is located in the heart of Federal Hill, right beside the Cross Street Market, and offers a wide range of membership, personal training, and group fitness options. Newly renovated in December 2017- come check out awesome new classes and fun functional equipment. Fresh look, fresh programming!

How to get there

If you are driving, there is a 300 space garage behind the building on West Street. The first hour is FREE. Also, there is meter parking right in front of the club. If you want to park for up to two hours free, just look for spots in the residential area around the club- all within walking distance. We are also on the Purple Circulator line!

Great workout. Not the most creative class, and could be hard to follow for beginners, but good for pretty much constant cardio for an hour straight.

this was an early 2000s class. old school Schwinn bikes without cadence/power metrics. instructor was a little unstructured with her form earned demerits from me as I respect control modelled by instructors. got my sweat on in a no frills manner.

What is ClassPass?
