XPF isn't a workout - it's an artful diagnostic conditioning system that elevates your physical and mental performance. XPF's proprietary five-zoned system aligns your personal fitness goals with your personal fitness level, for a safe, continuous and effective progression through each zone. How to prepare
Mats are required for yoga and Dance2Fitness. Please bring a towel and water as well.

There is paid parking available Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm.

What is ClassPass?
