Challenging but doable! The instructor was friendly and encouraging as well. Note: The Fells Point class is located in the Du Burns arena, there's no sign for BeMORE Boot Camp on the front of the building. If you go around back, you will see the BeMORE sign and entrance.

High intensity class with awesome station style workout. Energy was great being in small groups and with tunes pumping.

Large class with a friendly atmosphere. Structure was confusing at times and some of the exercises were unfamiliar to me, but the instructor was quick to demonstrate. She also helped with form and made sure I was feeling the work in the right muscle groups.

Great class! Pushed me to work harder than I would just working out on my own, but wasn't bootcamp-y to the point where the instructor was trying to kill me. Will definitely be going back!

Really tough class! However I think it could be set up better because I didn't understand what half the exercises were and they weren't explained very well and it was so hard to hear the whistle. Resulted in a lot of time spent looking around to see what other people were doing and them not knowing either

It's fun but if I'm going to wake up before 6 to get here I want a full hour work out. We always seem to finish about 10-15 min early.

Pleasantly surprised, wasn't expecting much and this class was great. Well organized even with a lot of people. Good workout and fun to be with so many people even early in the AM!
