Pure Barre is a total body non-impact workout that lifts your seat and tones your abs, arms and thighs, all in a motivating and community oriented atmosphere. Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to fantastic music, Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. Clients see results in just 10 classes.

How to prepare

New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres. Pants, leggings/capris (no shorts), top that covers midriff and socks are required. Shoes/cell phones not allowed in studio. Please let the instructor know of any injuries.

What is ClassPass?
