Awesome class! I am new to the area and had never been to Summit. The studio is a gem and tucked away along a cute street w lots of shops + restaurants. It was a great mix of cardio and mat work! The instructors were very friendly from the moment I walked in. Id definitely take a class here again!

Katye and Lindsay were so friendly and welcoming when I arrived at the studio. The class was great! It was the perfect mix of cardio, strength and flexibility. I loved how the class time was split up between spinning and the resistance bands. I felt like I worked out every part of my body, and am excited to go back!!

Great workout! Challenging! Katye was very friendly and is a great instructor. The spin portion had good choreography and great music, then a few minutes of arms off the bike and then Pilates on a Matt next to your bike. Really cool concept and great whole body workout

What is ClassPass?
