About this class

REPs is a full body strength and conditioning class. It will challenge users with a workout that combines TRX suspension training, various fitness equipment and cardio drills. Each circuit will require the completion of a set number of repetitions that will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the circuits.

I live this place and Steve but I am not a fan or Tara. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because she is new but she does not know what she is doing. She had to ask one of the regulars what half the exercises were.

Challenging class, but I was still able to get a great workout. Steve keeps an eye on everyone and will assist you with form. Looking forward to my next class at this gym.

What is ClassPass?
