Music too loud. Poor instructions. Change moves fast. And instructor was more harsh than encouraging. Very unorganized for a first timer and all it was just a HITT workout

Please clean the gloves, they did not smell good and left a stink on my hands.

The class was a great work out, challenging at first to pick up the terminology/routine, not a fan of the super loud music or boot camp style instruction. But it was a great work out.

Honestly the class was really challenging and a good workout, but I didn't feel particularly welcome there. I told the receptionist it was my first class, but the instructor did not seem to know or care to give any additional instruction. She was a bit rude and hostile throughout the class. But I think that's a military-like feel some people enjoy while exercising?
Extreme Sculpt with Heather
This class is a great calorie burner, but the teacher ridicules students who make modifications for themselves.
Extreme Sculpt with Alex
Good class but always over crowded and moist in the studio. Need a class limit and a better ventilation system.
Extreme Sculpt with Heather
This is a great workout but it is always really crowded.

Good work out. But space was small for how many people were in it. No place for men to change, only women's room. And women took the bathroom over too so I couldn't use it. Instructors microphone had a ton of feedback for the entire hour, and she kept screaming into it. After 60 min of that, left with a headache. Someone should tell her to try and be motivating, big stop screaming into an already loud mic.

Please turn off the heat/turn the air conditioning on!!! I love classes here but it gets so hot and sweaty in the room to the point where it's uncomfortable.
