For TRX Pro, athletic shoes are required. Be prepared for anything in this dynamic TRX class that will help strengthen, lift, build and define your muscles while burning fat. We focus on a total-body approach with suspension training as the foundation of this class that helps build a rock solid core, increases muscular endurance and is accessible for all fitness levels. Combined with cardio this class is a total body workout providing greater performance and functionality!

How to prepare

Grippy socks are required to be worn for Pilates classes on FitFormers. For Matbox classes, we require boxing gloves and hand wraps. Bring your own or purchase at the studio. Athletic shoes are required for Bootcamp and TRX Pro classes. New clients who have never taken a class at our studio will not be allowed in after the class has started, no exceptions. Returning clients will not be allowed in after 5 minutes.

What is ClassPass?
