About this class

For Bootcamp, athletic shoes are required. In this 55 minute workout, anything goes! You'll sweat and tone from head to toe by using a mixture of TRX, cardio, free weights and your own body weight. The routines will change with each class so you will never get bored,and we will challenge you to push past your limits to speed up your metabolism and improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Prepare to get HARDCORE! All levels welcome!

How to prepare

Grippy socks are required to be worn for Pilates classes on FitFormers. For Matbox classes, we require boxing gloves and hand wraps. Bring your own or purchase at the studio. Athletic shoes are required for Bootcamp and TRX Pro classes. New clients who have never taken a class at our studio will not be allowed in after the class has started, no exceptions. Returning clients will not be allowed in after 5 minutes.

What is ClassPass?
