About this class
This class is the perfect "introduction" to Pilates or a perfect "re-introduction" to Pilates. Focus will be on finding your core, introducing you to your core and channeling a breath pattern that ties all together. You will learn and relearn basic Pilates mat exercises along with modifications and variations to add less or more intensity. A good amount of stretch and recovery will be added to this session. Perfect for beginners and Pilates veterans peeling back the layers! Also good for re-entry to exercise from extended periods of non activity.
