Corina is great! Very welcoming, positive, and offers corrections on form.

It was a good workout. No need to get there 10-15 minutes early like the email they send says because they use the first 5 minutes of the class to go through the whole workout. But it would be nice if they did what the email said so that it doesnt cut into your work out time- as its only 30. We went past our end time to finish the workout. I was okay with it because I had time to spare but I wouldnt be too happy about it if I only planned on being there until the end time.
