About this studio

City Gym group fitness classes are designed to be effective, safe, motivating and fun! They have two classrooms and offer over 50 classes weekly. They have Spin®. They have Yoga. They have Zumba®. They offer everything from TRX® and high-intensity training to boxing and mixed cardio. They even have an adult jungle gym! How to prepare

Please complete the online waiver prior to arriving at City Gym: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.

How to get there

They are located on the corner of Wornall and 74th Terrace. Parking is available behind the facility off of Washington Street. Must enter through front entrance on Wornall.

Dance Lab with Beth
This class was listed by class pass and by city gym as a beginner class no experience necessary. I spoke to the teacher before and told her I was new. She assured me I’d be fine. Immediately the class took off dancing difficult routines that changed quickly so there was little chance to catch on. After 5 minutes I left in frustration.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
