Very no frills. Ok class. Was with a sub who wasnt great. Small mats and bad music.

It was great! Brad is an awesome substitute for Will. He informed us what area of the body the exercises were working on, corrected form, and had great energy.

The class was not with Will. There was a substitute. I didnt care for her instruction. She lacked energy and did too many reps on the same muscle group. She didnt correct form either Will is awesome! Hes got energy, keeps everyone engaged, asks for permission to help you correct your form etc.. is take classes with Will again.

The fitness center was clean and well maintained. Will was great! He was mindful of the newbies in class and took time to help them get into position. I will return.
