About this class

Mat Pilates is a class that uses mindful movement to build strength, beginning with the abdomen, lower back and hips. While taking this class, you will also emphasize on body alignment, posture and breathing. A series of consecutive stretching and strengthening exercises are performed on the floor using tools such as your own body weight, Pilates rings, blocks and light dumbbells. This class is for ALL LEVELS.

The instructor was super nice but sometimes hard to follow as she wasn’t demonstrating out all the moves/exercises. It was a little bright and the music was quiet, would love for it to be a little dimmer with louder music to drown out any other noises, but just a personal preference.
