Hatha/Integral Yoga at Kundalini Rising Yoga
About this class
Experience Hatha sessions inspired by Swami Satchidananda of Integral Yoga, that bring more space into your body and mind and allow you to experience your full potential. Integral Yoga teaches us how to integrate body, mind, and spirit and find true balance and freedom. Finding proper alignment allows the body to integrate by providing stability in the joints, freedom of movement, and increased flexibility. This comfort in the body and increase of Prana can open the door to more easeful, full breath and a comfortable seat for meditation. This practice focuses on pranayama, slow asana and safely stretching connective tissues, allowing you to truly connect with your body and enjoy the benefits of increased energy, health, and overall well-being. Join me to find your breath, balance and bliss.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable, natural fiber clothing that you can move around in. Kundalini Yoga is very different than Vinyasa or Hot Yoga, so you do not need to wear form fitting clothing, unless that is what feels best to you. The main objective is that you are comfortable. Please bring your yoga mat, a cushion (if you need a little elevation in seated pose), some water, and an open mind.
