HIIT EXTREME A 50 minute, all-out training session where you will do short, high-intensity, timed intervals and sets that push you to the limit. Cardio, core, power, strength, agility and endurance drills where you work your hardest - recover quickly and do it all over again! Highly curated lesson plans that include Medicine Balls, WaterRowers, ViPR's, Kettlebells, Sandbells, Plyo Boxes etc. Come see what your body can do… Set goals. HIIT goals. Crush goals. Very good class! Everyone is very supportive and Michael was great- he clearly explained what was to be done, he was motivational, and he doesn’t hesitate to correct your form. It seems like there are a lot of regulars in the class- which is good since they know what they are doing so you can follow along easier if you are new. I wouldn’t go to the class if you don’t work out regularly- everyone is pretty intense and it’s definitely not easy.

How to prepare

***First-timers please arrive 10 mins early to fill out waivers. No one permitted in after the start of class - NO EXCEPTIONS - it is disruptive to class so we thank you for understanding. No cell phones and please be nice to our turf and wipe your feet. Classes are extremely difficult and they are a studio that stresses form - please do not take it personally if you are corrected - just be willing to learn and work hard. Water, towels, hair ties and tampons provided. Changing room, bathroom and shower.

How to get there

By subway: Take the R Train to Union we are right below 3rd Avenue. Can also take the B63, B37 or B103. *Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time*

What is ClassPass?
