About this class

Supportive athletic shoes required. Maximum weight limit is 250lbs. Rebounding reduces body fat, increases core strength and posture, improves your agility, coordination and balance, and strengthens your muscles all while being remarkably gentle on your joints and bones! FLY BOUNCE CHOREO is an hour long class that combines choreographed sets to upbeat music for an exhilarating yet fun cardiovascular fitness class. A portion of the class is dedicated to total body strength training and core work. You will burn a tremendous amount of calories, be drenched in sweat and FLY your way into a healthier and happier YOU!  Come ready to sweat with your athletic shoes, sweat towel and water! We recommend taking 3 FLY BOUNCE BASIC classes before taking FLY BOUNCE CHOREO!

How to prepare

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class well hydrated with your yoga mat, sweat towel and water! Wear comfortable workout attire that breathes easily especially for our heated classes! We can not wait to sweat with you!

What is ClassPass?
